Hunan Shengli is located at High-tech District,  Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, covering an area of 47 hectare. Hunan Shengli , 1 kilometer away to Xiangjiang Wharf, 1.5 kilometers away to the railway special line of Xianggang company, and 3 kilometers away to the Beijing-zhuhai Expressway entry, enjoys a good geographical location with extremely convenient water and land transportation.

Hunan Shengli has one SAWL pipe production line which achieves the leading level in China and has the capability of producing φ508-φ1422mm SAWL pipes with wall thickness up to 60mm and steel grade up to X120. The annual production capacity of SAWL pipes  reaches 400 thousand tons. There are two SAWH pipe production lines capable of producing φ325-φ1422mm SAWH pipes with wall thickness up to 25.4mm and steel grade up to X120. The annual production capacity of SAWH pipes reaches 300 thousand tons. In addition, there is one external coating line that can meet the requirements of Φ325-Φ1422mm pipes and one internal lining line that can meet the requirements of Φ406-Φ1422mm pipes. The annual anti-corrosion area of Hunan Shengli is up to2.4 million square meters.
