These six production lines are able to produce Φ219-Φ2200mm SAWH pipes with wall thickness up to 25.4mm and steel grade up to X120, and their annual production capacity is up to 880000 tons. In addition, SLSP owns two external coating lines that can meet the requirements of Φ219-Φ1420mm pipes and two internal lining lines that can meet the requirements of Φ406-Φ1420mm pipes. The annual anti-corrosion area of SLSP is up to 4.8 million square meters.

Equipped with Lincoln welding machine (USA), Weld Seam Automatic Tracking System, 2602N-2 Charpy Impact Test Machine, JL-50000 DWTT Machine, ARL3460 Vacuum Direct-reading Spectrometer, WAW-Y1000 Computer-controlled Universal Test Machine, DR Digital Panel X-ray Imaging System, Hanwei HS610E Digital Ultrasonic Test Machine, and Axiovert40 MAT Metallographic Microscope, etc., SLSP is the most advanced SAWH pipe manufacturing enterprise in China.
