Shengli Steel Pipe (Dezhou) is located in Hengyuan Economic Development Zone, Linyi County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, covering an area of about 12 hectares. Beside 104 National Road andG2 Beijing-Shanghai high-speed , with Jinan City to the South and Dezhou City  to the North, Shengli Steel Pipe (Dezhou) enjoys a superior geographic position and a convenient transportation  .

Shengli Steel Pipe (Dezhou) owns four SAWH pipe production lines that are able to produce Φ219-Φ1220mm SAWH pipes with wall thickness up to 16mm and steel grade up to X70. The annual production capacity is up to 120000 tons. In addition, Shengli Steel Pipe (Dezhou) owns one external coating line which can meet the requirements of Φ219-Φ1220mm pipes and whose annual anti-corrosion area is up to 1.2 million square meters.
